Immediation custom configured its platform with a set of features designed to meet the needs of CPR Dispute Resolution’s 600+ mediators and arbitrators to handle matters more effectively and efficiently. These features include neutral selection and management, highly secure communications among neutrals and parties, streamlined online case intake management, simplified reporting, detailed case analysis, and integrated video conferencing for case proceedings.
